Planning & Zoning Board
The joint Planning and Zoning Board responsibilities include development and adoption of township’s Master Plan, review of land use applications in accordance with state and local regulations, review of applications within the National Historic District, and recommendations of revisions to land use ordinances to the governing bodies.
The Greenwich Planning/Zoning Board meets regularly on the first Monday of each month unless otherwise published. The meeting is held at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal (OEM) Building, 1000 Ye Greate Street in Greenwich, NJ, unless otherwise published.
